Idea Panorama – Idea Development's new multifunctional project is moving forward as expected and will meet the set baseline.
New stages of construction based on key milestones:
• Arrangement of apartments blockwork has been completed
• Plastering works in the apartments have been completed on the 8th and 10th floors
• Aluminum facade glazing has been installed on the 10th floor
• Installation of the electrical network in the apartments has been completed on the 10th and 11th floors
• Installation of internal plumbing and heating system has been completed on the 6th and 7th floors
• Installation of the screed floor has been completed on the 4th and 5th floors
• Aluminum facade glazing is ongoing on the 11th floor
• External facade finishing works are in progress
• Installation of the fire protection system is in progress from the 2nd to the 12th floors
• Installation of Terrace glass railings is ongoing on the 3rd and 4th floors
