Idea Panorama I Construction progress - October 2025
Idea Panorama I – Idea Development's new multi functional project is moving forward as expected and will meet the set baseline.
New stages of construction based on key milestones:
- Plastering works in the apartments have been completed
- Aluminum facade glazing has been completed from the 3rd to the 12th floors
- Installation of the electrical network in the apartments has been completed on the 12th floor
- Installation of the internal plumbing and heating system has been completed from the 3rd to
the 12th floors
- Installation of the screed floor has been completed on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th floors
- Installation of terrace glass railings has been completed from the 5th to the 8th floors
- Aluminum facade glazing is ongoing on the 13th floor
- External facade finishing works are in progress
- Installation of the fire protection system is in progress from the 2nd to the 12th floors
- Installation of the monolithic structures for the parking ramps has started on the 3rd floor
