Idea Panorama – Idea Development's new multifunctional project is moving forward as expected and will meet the set baseline.

New stages of construction based on key milestones:

• Arrangement of external blockwork has been completed on the 10th and 11th floors.
• Arrangement of internal blockwork has been completed on the 10th floor
• Aluminum facade glazing has been installed on the 8th floor
• Plastering works in the apartments have been completed on the 6th and 7th floors
• Installation of the electrical network in the apartments has been completed on the 8th floor
• Installation of internal plumbing and heating system has been completed on the 4th and 5th floors
• Installation of the screed floor has been completed on the 3rd floor
• Arrangement of external and internal blockwork is ongoing on the 9th floor
• Arrangement of external blockwork is ongoing on the 12th floor
• External facade finishing works are in progress
• Installation of the fire protection system is in progress from the 2nd to the 8th floor
